The EU Design Days are an initiative of the European regional network ERRIN. This Brussels-based innovation and research network has more than 130 members from different regions, universities and research institutes across Europe, working together in different working groups, including: a. Energy, Transportation, Research & Innovation and Design & Creativity. The main task of the Design & Creativity group is to promote and establish design as an important and valuable instrument of innovation promotion. Concrete examples will be used to show how design is used in a wide range of areas in order to find efficient solutions to current societal and economic challenges.
