Sustainable furniture and building materials – presented by InteriorPark, platform for sustainable architectural design
Lotsalegs
The unusual planters caught my eye in a hotel due to their elegant, unobtrusive design. Although I found them attractive, the fact that they were obviously made of concrete seemed rather impractical. When I inquired, however, it turned out to my surprise that it was a recycled natural-fibre synthetic material, based on powdered walnut shells, which the manufacturer had specifically developed for this purpose.
The containers made in Germany are thus actually very light and available in many different colours and shapes. With their simplicity, they easily match any style and are thus suitable for a wide variety of requirements in commercial buildings.

Manu Nest
Just hanging in there at times! Sweet idleness! And this, if possible, even under a tree in the garden? Leaving this busy work week behind on a Sunday and charging your batteries for the next week, this is what I excellently able to do in the Manu Nest! The hanging chair embraces you with its structure and its soft rocking movements are also welcome since they rock you into a pleasant nap.
Hand-made in Latvia from volcanic basalt fibres, each nest is unique and produced 100 % ecologically. A perfect eye-catcher not only at home: The different dimensions and the possibility of choosing any colour make it even more irresistible.
Should anyone be looking for me, I’m away!
