Picusa “vom Specht” was founded especially with the task to supply by-products from the sawmill and planing mill production with a higher added value and sustainability. The wood plaster created after many years of development is a completely new surface coating on a natural basis and follows the trend towards ecological building. The properties clearly stand out in terms of the look, feel and structural-physical characteristics of known wall coating materials. The wood plaster is just as robust as conventional wall finishes. For interior design, this creates new possibilities – whether it is used as plain wall cover or in combination with paint, wallpaper or other plaster.
